Medianías (Midlands) is known as the zone about 600 meters high in the Valle de la Orotava. This blend is composed of 55% Listan Negro, 30% Vijariego Negro and 15% Tintilla, with the Listan Negra grown using the Cordon Trenzado trellising system. Fermented in unlined concrete and macrobins using native yeast and aged in neutral French oak barrels and puncheons.
